Material
Sleeves and insulation housing are produced by using different types of thermoplastic materials. Which Polyamid, PVC, PE, PC, PBT etc. Termoplastic withstand temperature, stress and chemicals while they can be heated and cooled repeatedly without harming the material itself. The selection of appropriate materials depends on both the housing desing and its intented applications. Heat resistance, dielectric strength, moisture absorption, tensile strength and coefficient of griction characteristics are the major criteria in assessing diffrent applications.
